Every one like MMO games! For about 4 years, this genre of games has gigantic popularity. To play online games, you need: internet and (here) cash to play every month but it isn't necessary - lots of online games are for free! For games like World of Warcraft, Lineage or Lord of the Rings you visit here need to pay every month (pay-for-play) but to play RuneScape or Maple Story, you mustn't'! Free online games are simpler, with less advanced graphics, music, but sometimes like in RuneScape, this does not prevent from playing millions of players. If you are bored you can test all free online games by yourself, also some MMO games like mentioned before - World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings Online has free testing. You can download game to your computer and play for free, for few days ;-) I tested Lord of the Rings for a week in that way, and later I purchased this great game. You must look for it. I know that also City of Heroes/Villains also has free trial (around 2 weeks!).

In the future there will be lots of games in that genre. Market is growing very fast, and if someone has cash to invest, it should invest it in free online game. With good idea, and vise promotion, you can earn millions. For me, right now, is better to play in Lotro or WoW - I like good graphics and for me these games are the best. Especially Lord of the Rings Online, I big fan of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings saga and this game is for me best game I ever played! I love world of Middlearth with Balrogs, Orcs and Goblins, dark forces of Sauron and magic of Elves. If you are bored I really recommend this game for you. It's really better then World of Warcraft, and we are very close to premiere of new expansion for Lotro - Mines of Moria.
